CCN’s Booking Concierge application is the one booking platform for Air Cargo. It allows you to send out booking requests to all airlines, either directly to airlines’ systems or as emails which feature intelligent confirmation by the recipient with a click of a button.

Tutorial: Introduction to Booking Concierge
As part of CCN’s shipment reservation solution, the Booking Queue application allows one to manage the booking requests sent by forwarders, co-loaders or shippers through Booking Concierge.
Instead of replying the requests via emails, this application provides more benefits with a real-time dashboard for prompt actions and reports on booking statistics. This app is also integrated with other apps, for example, managing flight schedules and quotation requests as well as replies.

This is a web-based app that is capable of sending a quotation request to multiple parties. The easy yet complete user interface means the information sent are most relevant for the receiver to provide a more accurate quote faster.
With the dashboard, the user has greater visibility of all quotation requests sent and replied or rejected. History logs of all requests are available online for easy reference and comparisons.
With the integration on CUBEforall platform, shipment data can be re-used for quotation request directly to airlines. You can now retrieve your shipment data from your e-booking and share across the platform.

The Quotation Proposal app is a user-friendly web application that allows one to respond to quotation request with a quote. Since the requestor has to complete the Quotation Request form, one can provide a quote quicker with complete shipment information.
Similarly, with the up-to-date dashboard and history logs, the user can access past quotations easily without having to refer to multiple sources e.g. emails, whatsapp or other messaging platform. With the CUBEforall services on the platform, the quotation proposal app can also potentially incorporate other additional services e.g. per-shipment insurance, shipment statuses, special cargo handling and more.

Leveraging on the open data platform – CUBEforall and it’s connectivity, one at the origin country of shipment, can simply share the shipment information e.g. master air waybill and house air waybill with the destination party.
The highly digitalised collaborative platform transforms how trade is conducted both locally and cross-border.
It enables connectivity to all stakeholders and simplify the processes, so global trade is simpler, more efficient and more inclusive, empowering anyone and everyone to trade.
CCN is connected to Singapore Customs for TradeNet Permit declarations for all permits on all modes of transport, including Certificate of Origin (COO) applications. Besides the user-friendly frontend application for data entry, data can be pre-populated with shippers’ documents e.g. invoice, packing list and others, in EDI, pdf or other proprietary formats.
How is CCN TradeNet application different:
- Intelligence Character Recognition – data capture with intelligent optical character recognition (OCR) technology, helps to reduce time and increase efficiency.
- Quick Consolidation of Items – with a click of the button, you can now easily group multiple items by the Origin Country, Country Currency, HS Code, Goods Description and Invoice number.

CareMap is a new product to enhance shipment visibility and proactively monitor special shipments with customizable care plans to prevent any service failure. Shipments that require special attention such as temperature checks, battery checks, battery changes, movements in/out of storage/warehouse etc are suitable to be monitored using CareMap.
A Care Package can be created with a collection of Care Activities for the shipment’s journey from origin to destination. These Care Activities are the desired actions needed for a particular type of shipment, e.g.
– At Origin: Battery Check and Temperature Check
– At Transit: Battery Change and Temperature Check
– At Destination: Battery Check and Temperature Check
Once the Care Package is created, a detailed CareMap with exact information of each Care Activity will be generated when a booking is received.
Collaboration @CUBEforall
CareMap is a collaborative application on the CUBEforall platform. The sharing of CareMap information is achieved by making use of the Group feature on the CUBEforall platform. CareMap subscribers may collaborate with other users/partners on CUBEforall platform as follows:
Care Update
When the detailed CareMap is generated, the relevant Care Activities details can be shared with the respective service providers (e.g. ground handlers, logistics providers etc) in different stations to update the Care Activities at the specified date and time. As such, the detailed CareMap will be progressively updated with Care Updates as the shipment travels from origin to destination.
Sharing with Partners
The detailed CareMap can be shared with other users on the CUBEforall platform using the Group sharing feature. Once the Group sharing rules are setup, any CareMap that matches the defined sharing rules will be shared automatically to the recipient(s).
DGOffice is the online software solution to manage all your Dangerous Goods related activities. DGOffice offers you a complete set of tools in different modules with each module offering a comprehensive set of functions for a specific business or industry segment. The modular design also allows users to select the required software modules required as and when their needs change. DGOffice is also equipped with IATA xSDG messaging capabilities to enable users to be IATA eDGD compliant.
