CUBEforall Loyalty

CUBEforall is proud to introduce our inaugural Loyalty Programme, designed to reward our valued user community.

With every eligible transaction made on the CUBEforall platform1, users will earn points that can be effortlessly redeemed for e-gifts via their e-wallet on the CUBEforall Rewards mobile app.

Currently, this programme is exclusively available to users in Singapore, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Step 1: For new users, please register an account. (Eligible Programme: Booking Concierge & TradeNet )

For existing users, simply login to your account
Step 2: Start using CUBEforall services under this programme, Loyalty Points will be awarded with every qualified action on Booking Concierge & TradeNet, with more new programmes coming your way

Qualified action:

  • For Booking Concierge
    1. Use Booking Concierge application to send bookings
    2. Once Booking Status is change to ‘CONFIRMED’, points will be awarded.
  • For TradeNet – Submit your permit and points will be awarded
Step 3:
  • Download CUBELoyalty app (in IOS and Android App Store)
  • Use same login as CUBEforall platform
  • Login to see points earned and redeem for rewards

Loyalty Program Terms

Points Expiry:

  • Earned between April 1, 2023 – March 31, 2024: Expire September 30, 2024.
  • Expired points are automatically removed.

You can now invite your friends and colleagues to join CUBEforall by simply sharing your referral code with them. For every valid referral, both you and your friend/colleague will be rewarded with CUBE Points.

How to make a valid referral?

Step 1: Invite your friend/colleague to sign up with your referral code

Step 2: Complete a valid transaction from the listed programmes*
* Booking Concierge, Quotation Request, DGOffice and TradeNet

Step 3: Once transaction is completed, both you and your friend/colleague will be rewarded
